单一工作面不同煤厚开采下边采边复模拟研究

Simulation of concurrent mining and reclamation for Single coal Face with different coal mining thickness

摘要: 我国井工煤矿开采导致了地面沉陷问题的出现,地面土地损伤严重,传统采煤沉陷地稳沉后再复垦的方式存在恢复土地率低、复垦周期长等问题。随着边采边复理论的提出,边采边复技术在高潜水位采煤沉陷地的应用展现了一定的优越性。边采边复技术要在沉陷过程中采取复垦措施,需要对其动态沉陷过程进行模拟和分析,而不同采厚下导致的地面沉陷过程及规律有所不同,因此对不同采厚下边采边复的模拟研究很有必要。文章采用室内模拟方法,以东滩煤矿单一工作面为模拟试验区,利用开采沉陷预计软件(MSPS)对不同采厚(2m,5m,8.65m,10m)在各开采阶段下的动态沉陷进行预计,基于该地面沉陷特征,设计了不同采厚下的边采边复复垦方案,并进行了对比分析。

Abstract: In our country, ground subsidence was triggered by underground coal mining, land damage on the ground was more serious. There were some problems such as low restoration rate of land resources and long time for subsidence land reclamation by traditional technology with the condition of final subsided status. With the suggestion of the theory of concurrent mining and reclamation, the application of concurrent mining and reclamation technology in coal mining subsidence area with high underground water level showed a certain superiority. Concurrent mining and reclamation technology, was to adapt reclamation measures on the ground, while subsidence occurring or not occurred, it was necessary to simulate and analyze the dynamic subsidence on the ground and its impact to land, while the process and disciplines of ground subsidence caused by different coal seam thickness mining were not the same, therefore, it was necessary to study the simulation of the concurrent mining and reclamation, when difference coal seam thickness mining implemented underground. The study employs indoor simulation method, this paper takes the single working face of Dongtan well coal mine in Shandong as the simulation test area, the mining subsidence prediction software (MSPS) is used to predict the dynamic subsidence of the mining units, Based on the ground subsidence characteristics, different concurrent mining and reclamation programs were designed and analysed.
